Helping Children Become More Independent in Everyday Life
At Saivika Child Development Centre, our ADL Training programs help children develop the practical skills they need to participate more independently in everyday routines.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
More Than Daily Tasks, Building Everyday Independence
ADL Training focuses on helping children learn and practise everyday self-care activities in a structured and supportive environment.
Children are guided through daily routines such as dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, hand washing, and organising personal belongings. Skills are broken down into manageable steps so children can gradually participate with greater confidence and independence.
